I was once in your shoes, a foreigner looking to make a mark in Singapore.

I climbed my way up the career ladder, eventually becoming a HR Director for Global Operations responsible for hiring, relocating and responsible for the full suite of HR.

And I have been tempered through some of the toughest challenges.

This includes managing people during the largest Indonesian riot in 1998, restructuring and shutdowns, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield projects.
